There are lots of theories about the best way to put out a spicy mouth – the Irish recommend necking a pint of milk, in Brazil everyone opts for stuffing their mouth with marshmallows, and there’s a tribe in Peru who prefer a shot of goat’s blood.

We thought Encona could give their brand a helpful bumpf by doing something culturally relevant and demonstrate the control they have over spice by developing an antidote to it.

We cold called them for a few weeks until we finally got through to their marketing team. We went up there a few weeks ago and presented it to them. They loved it.
